Community is at the heart of everything we do.
This space brings together the voices, experiences, reflections, and feedback of the people who make up the Unmasked community.
Whether you're looking for information, inspiration, or simply reassurance that you're not alone, we hope you'll find something here that resonates.
Our free digital magazine created for and by our community.
Each issue includes articles, lived experience stories, reflections, recommendations, creative contributions, and updates from Unmasked.
Our blog shares thoughts, experiences, and practical information on topics including neurodivergence, mental health, relationships, burnout, parenting, identity, counselling, and everyday life.
Written by the Unmasked team and guest contributors, our articles aim to inform, encourage reflection, and start conversations.
We're incredibly grateful to everyone who shares their experiences with us.
Feedback helps us continue improving our services and reminds us why this work matters.

We're always interested in hearing what our community would like to see more of.
You might want to suggest:
• Future blog topics
• Zine content ideas
• Community projects
• Resources you'd find helpful
• Ways we can improve our services
Over the years, Unmasked has delivered and supported a range of community initiatives designed to reduce isolation, encourage connection, and create opportunities for neurodivergent people to come together, learn, and share experiences. Check out some of them below.

MASK MAKING- WHAT WE SHOW TO THE OUTSIDE VS WHAT'S GOING ON INSIDE

ALL READY FOR SUPPORT GROUPS

OUR FRIDAY GROUP

SHOWING OFF THEIR MASKS

Toni Took the Leap was a community fundraising campaign created to support the work of Unmasked and raise awareness of the need for accessible neurodivergent-affirming support. Through the generosity of supporters, the campaign raised
£1,755 , helping us continue to develop services and opportunities for our community.
The challenge was about more than fundraising. It was about stepping outside of comfort zones, raising awareness, and demonstrating the power of a community coming together!
