At Unmasked, we believe that healing and growth happen best in community. That’s why we’re passionate about running safe, inclusive, and neurodivergent-led support groups.

Our groups offer a space where you can be yourself without pressure to mask, share experiences with people who just get it, and learn strategies that really work for neurodivergent minds.

We are currently developing a range of support groups designed by and for the neurodivergent community. Some of these groups will be fully funded and free to attend, while others will come with a small charge to help us sustain the service.

Here’s what we’re planning:

• Autism Support & Social Group 
• Adiction support– Recovery group for neurodivergent adults  
•  Parenting Support Group – For parents of neurodivergent children  
•  Parent Counselling Group – Therapeutic support for neurodivergent parents  
•  Late-Diagnosed Adults Circle 
•  Mixed Neurodivergent Community Circles 
•  Neurodivergent Young Adults Group (18–25s)
