Unmasked Neurodiversity Network CIC is a neurodivergent-led, trauma-informed service offering both counselling and practical, community-based support.
We are not a generic mental health service or a student-led training provider. Our work is shaped by lived experience of neurodivergence, specialist understanding of ADHD and autism, and a belief that support works best when it is relationship-led, flexible, and rooted in community.
People come to Unmasked because they want support that understands masking, burnout, sensory overwhelm, late diagnosis, trauma, and the daily realities of neurodivergent life — without having to explain or justify themselves.
