At Unmasked, our vision is to create a world where neurodivergent individuals are truly understood, accepted, and empowered to thrive.

We envisage a society where every person — whether pre- or post-diagnosis — has access to the support, resources, and guidance they need to unlock their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Through compassionate counselling, education, and advocacy, we aim to dismantle barriers, reduce stigma, and cultivate a community rooted in empathy, inclusion, and empowerment — for individuals and their families.

At Unmasked, we believe in the power of lived experience. Our work is grounded in understanding, empathy, and action — creating safe spaces where neurodivergent people can be themselves, find support, and thrive.Since launching, we’ve already made a meaningful impact across East Leeds and beyond.
 

We have supported hundreds of individuals through 1-to-1 counselling  Hosted dedicated peer support groups for ADHD and Autism  Secured a community hub in LS14, providing a welcoming, neurodivergent-led space  Engaged local voices through consultations, social media, and events  Featured on podcasts and platforms to raise awareness and reduce stigma  Built trusted partnerships with local councillors, schools, and community organisations
